Henkilötietoja käsitellään seuraaviin tarkoituksiin:

  • Pöytävarausten hallinta

  • Ruokatilausten ja noutotilausten käsittely

  • Lahjakorttien myynti ja maksujen käsittely

  • Asiakaspalvelu ja yhteydenpito sähköpostitse

  • Verkkosivuston toiminnan ja käytön seuranta (analytiikka)

Käsiteltäviä tietoja voivat olla:

4. Varaus-, tilaus- ja maksupalvelut (kolmannet osapuolet)

Yritys ei käytä erillistä ulkopuolista varaus- tai tilausjärjestelmää verkkosivuilla.

Pöytävaraukset ja tilaukset tehdään verkkosivujen lomakkeen, sähköpostin tai puhelimen kautta, jolloin tiedot tallentuvat yrityksen omiin järjestelmiin (esim. sähköposti).

Yritys käyttää seuraavia ulkopuolisia palveluntarjoajia:

• Google (Gmail) sähköpostiviestintään ja asiakasyhteydenpitoon

• Wolt ruokatoimituksiin

Wolt toimii itsenäisenä rekisterinpitäjänä omien palveluidensa osalta, ja asiakkaan henkilötietojen käsittelyyn sovelletaan Woltin omaa tietosuojaselostetta.

Verkkosivusto on toteutettu ja ylläpidetty Squarespace-alustalla.

Squarespace kerää teknisiä loki- ja käyttötilatietoja (esim. IP-osoite, selaintiedot) verkkosivuston toiminnan, turvallisuuden ja käytön analysoimiseksi.

Yritys ei käytä erillisiä kolmannen osapuolen analytiikkatyökaluja ilman erillistä ilmoitusta.

6. Henkilötietojen säilytysaika

Henkilötietoja säilytetään vain niin kauan kuin se on tarpeellista käsittelyn tarkoitusten toteuttamiseksi ja palveluntarjoajien GDPR-käytäntöjen mukaisesti.

7. Rekisteröidyn oikeudet

Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus:

  • tarkastaa itseään koskevat tiedot

  • pyytää tietojen oikaisua tai poistamista

  • rajoittaa tietojen käsittelyä tai vastustaa sitä

  • peruuttaa suostumuksensa (jos käsittely perustuu suostumukseen)

  • tehdä valitus Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle

Tietoja ei luovuteta sivullisille, paitsi edellä mainituille palveluntarjoajille.
Tietoja voidaan käsitellä EU/ETA-alueen ulkopuolella palveluntarjoajien toimesta, jolloin käytössä ovat GDPR:n mukaiset suojatoimet.
